  • Make small, appropriate adjustments to delivery in response to the needs of local families while preserving core content.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each session, including completing required online pre-delivery modules on the Babyzone learning platform.
  • Create a warm, inclusive and supportive atmosphere where all families feel encouraged to participate.
  • Model age-appropriate mathematical play and interactions, building families’ confidence to use maths in daily life.
  • Manage group dynamics to maintain a calm, positive and engaging session environment.
  • Prioritise safeguarding, safety and wellbeing at all times, in line with Babyzone expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hub Manager and wider Babyzone team to support smooth hub delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Support the set-up and breakdown of the Babyzone space and be available during hub hours (8:30am–3:00pm) on delivery days.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and session records, delivering up to five 25-minute sessions per day with a maximum of ten families per session.
