About Babyzone

At Babyzone, we believe that every child deserves a fair start in life, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our mission is to empower families and their children, from conception to age five, by providing access to high-quality early years learning opportunities that nurture the parent-child bond. The need for support in early childhood development has never been more critical. Babyzone is a charity funded by foundations, philanthropists and trusts, including global venture builder Blenheim Chalcot. We serve families who struggle to access support elsewhere - due to financial, geographic, or cultural barriers - by offering free, evidence-based classes and resources in premium, fully accessible community hubs. With nine Babyzone Hubs already open across the UK, others due to open shortly and ambitious plans for growth, particularly in the North West of England, we’re thrilled to announce the opportunity for a full-time Babyzone Head to join our expanding team.

Why This Role is Perfect for You

Are you passionate about early childhood development and experienced in teaching, early years, or family engagement? Are you seeking a rewarding, full-time role where you can make a tangible difference in your community? This opportunity is particularly suited for individuals who may have taken a career break, recently transitioned from a classroom setting or are looking for flexible work that complements their family life. It offers a unique chance to leverage your early years expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

As a Babyzone Head, you will lead the daily operations of existing and new Babyzone Hubs, helping to transform the lives of hundreds of families in the area. You will:

  • Build relationships with families, local stakeholders, and funders
  • Ensure the Babyzone offering is safe, consistent and impactful
  • Collaborate with Babyzone Heads across the UK and the central team
  • Connect families to Babyzone's digital resources including Baby Buddy app and WhatsApp communities

This is a leadership role with hands-on delivery elements, perfect for someone passionate about early years and community engagement.

  • Can manage a small team and juggle a variety of tasks
  • Is based in or near the North West of England
