We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic children's home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding standards of care.
  • Drive positive outcomes for children through therapeutic, child-centred practice.
  • Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing staff team.
  • Manage safeguarding, quality assurance, budgets and service performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
  • Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections with confidence.
  • Create a safe, nurturing and ambitious environment where children can thrive.

Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential).
  • Current or previous experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Ofsted inspections.
  • Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
