The opportunity: As the Junior Graphic Designer, reporting to the Graphic Design Lead and sitting within the Creative team, you will support the delivery of high‑quality design assets across digital, e‑commerce, social, and CRM channels. This role is ideal for a creative all‑rounder who is detail‑driven, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast‑paced, fashion‑led brand.

  • Support the creative team in executing graphic design assets across digital, e‑commerce, social, and CRM
  • Assist in the development of visual content for campaigns, product drops, and seasonal launches
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently, ensuring typography, colour, layout, and imagery remain on‑brand
  • Adapt campaign artwork into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms and regions
  • Create layouts for lookbooks, line sheets, product graphics, and promotional materials
  • Assist with retouching, image resizing, and basic motion or digital design tasks
  • Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design Lead, designers, and cross‑functional teams including Digital, CRM, and E‑commerce
  • Stay informed on fashion, design, and cultural trends to support creative development
  • Help organise creative files, maintain asset libraries, and support presentations and internal reviews

You are:

  • Early in your graphic design career, with a strong passion for fashion and visual storytelling
  • Confident working from briefs and open to feedback and revisions
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and proud of producing accurate, polished work
  • Comfortable adapting designs across formats, platforms, and regions
