BABYBOO Fashion is seeking a Senior Trade & Merchandising Manager to lead our digital trading strategy and optimize the customer shopping experience across markets. You will own the ecommerce trading calendar, onsite merchandising and revenue initiatives while balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
You'll drive sales, conversion, AOV and engagement through strategic trading decisions, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with cross-functional teams to align launches and campaigns.
