The opportunity: Due to exciting growth plans, we are hiring! The Creative Producer is our guardian of efficiency & execution in the lead up & on set of Social, Brand & International campaigns. Reporting to our Creative Production Manager, this role works in tandem to see our creative briefs executed to best in class quality.
You will:
- Lead shoot logistics & on set management acting as our local booking agency for all international talent, working in tandem with our AU team to provide a consistent vendor experience.
- Assist in the build/proposal of creating briefing & concepts for social & brand shoots to support the broader creative vision & strategy & help turn these concepts into life.
- Lead booking coordination & management of all social & brand shoots, acting as the key point of contact for vendors.
- Lead onset timekeeping & efficiency, coordinating talent to completion & effective time per look.
- Be the owner for model castings & management & talent sourcing, ensuring relationship management is held to a high standard, focused on seamless experience & execution.
- Support in the pre-production concepting & briefing process for international shoots for the brand turning concepts into executable proposals for briefs including; sourcing talent and locations ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines and creative vision.
- Lead build of the budget for all social & brand shoots ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Support in Creative Post production where required, ranging from content selects to retouring coordination etc.
You are:
- A Creative Producer with experience working in the fashion, retail or ecommerce industry.
- Calm, detail orientated and with an organised approach to planning.
- Genuinely passionate about BABYBOO brand & aesthetic & energised by a fast moving, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional at communicating with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders and projects at one time.
- Able to travel, & bring concepts to life with the ability to demonstrate strong commercial thinking, with a calm, confident execution across multiple regions and campaigns.
- Comfortable and experienced in budget management with the ability to project manage effectively by receiving a brief or inspiration theme/image and successfully bringing this to life on shoot.
