babyballet® are recruiting a Marketing & Growth Manager
Location: Hybrid, Company Office based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Travel across the UK for events and occasional franchisee visits.

With its well-renowned programme, strong brand and recognisable children’s characters, babyballet® supports thousands of babies, toddlers and young children through dance and movement whilst promoting confidence, friendship and fun.
With over 100 franchisees across the UK and internationally, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our marketing function.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and making marketing deliver real results.
You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating all areas of marketing across child enrolment, franchise recruitment, merchandise and brand awareness.
Working closely with our freelancers, agencies, suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure marketing activity is planned, delivered and measured effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys bringing people, projects and ideas together.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead and deliver the annual marketing plan
- Manage and coordinate campaigns throughout the year
- Ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget and on brand
- Manage marketing priorities and projects across the business
- Growth & Performance
- Support growth in child enrolments
- Support franchise recruitment activity
- Drive awareness and sales of babyballet merchandise
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements Produce regular reports on marketing activity and results
- Support franchisees and licensees with campaigns, marketing resources and promotions
- Help ensure a consistent brand experience across the network
- Identify opportunities to improve local marketing performance
- Manage relationships with marketing suppliers and partners
- Coordinate external agencies, freelancers and creative resources
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Own the Marketing scorecard
- Lead Marketing projects and priorities
- Track progress against agreed goals and KPIs
- Contribute to the wider EOS structure and planning process

- Understanding of SEO, local marketing and digital advertising
