About Us: Storm Sports Ltd T/A Baby Ballers is a leading provider of sports clubs for children. We are seeking a Part-Time Toddler Football/Multi-skills Coach to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic coach to deliver fun and engaging toddler football and multi-skills sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions that promote physical activity, social skills, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Has the confidence and the ability to clearly articulate and lead the class alongside the assistant(s).
  • Has prior experience of working with children or within football/sports coaching (desirable but not essential).
  • Work with children of varying abilities and needs, adapting coaching styles to meet individual requirements.
  • Communicates well with parents and builds rapport with them.
  • Exceptional customer service and dealing with any parent queries.
  • Professional, punctual and reliable.
  • Leading and delivering fun-filled football sessions to all different aged classes accommodating and adapting to each one.
  • Ensure the Assistant Coach(s) understand and know responsibilities for that week's sessions.
  • Engaging and inspiring children through imaginative play and creative coaching techniques.
  • Developing fundamental motor skills, coordination and confidence in young players.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.
  • Building positive relationships with children and their parents/guardians.
  • Keeping track of equipment.
  • Clearing down equipment at the end of the session and securing in designated location.
  • Locking up (if required) and ensuring hall is left clean and secure.

Licences, registrations and qualifications: Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential if local. DBS preferred but not essential as this can be obtained for you.
