Head Coach for Toddler Football and Multi-skills

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Head Coach for toddler football and multi-skills at BabyBallers in Guildford. The Head Coach will be responsible for coaching football, communication with parents and children, training, and overseeing the overall development of the young athletes. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.

Company Description

BabyBallers offers football coaching and multi-skills programs for children aged 16 months to 5 years. The classes are divided into BabyBallers for 16 months to 2 1/2 years, MiniBallers for 2 1/2 years to 3 1/2 years, and Ballers for 3 1/2 to 5 years. The focus is on learning through play to develop cognitive skills, fundamental movement skills, and overall wellbeing for young children.

Qualifications

  • Football Coaching and Training skills
  • Patient and understanding approach to working with toddlers
  • Ability to create engaging and fun training sessions
  • Experience in early childhood education or sports coaching is a plus
  • Valid certification in coaching or child development is beneficial
