We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our lovely team at Baby Scanning Newton Mearns. The Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their experience with us. You will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly while providing a professional, friendly, and caring service to every visitor.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries
- Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
- Assisting with social media and marketing to help grow our customer base
- Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required
Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Reliability and flexibility, especially for evening and weekend shifts, are important.
