The Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play an important role in making sure every visitor receives a warm welcome and a smooth, positive experience from the moment they arrive. As this is a new clinic, the role will also include helping to build awareness of the Bearsden branch through friendly client communication and social media support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly and professionally
- Managing bookings and appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the reception area clean, calm, and organised
- Supporting the wider team to deliver the best possible client experience
- Assisting with social media and marketing to help build the Bearsden customer base
- Providing occasional holiday cover at other branches when required
