As our business continues to grow, were looking for an exceptional Senior Retail Store Manager to help lead the next chapter of our journey. This is far more than a traditional store management role. Were looking for a commercially minded retail leader who thrives on driving sales, building high-performing teams and delivering an elevated customer experience while also being hands-on and fully invested in every aspect of the business.

Youll be involved in everything from leading the shop floor and coaching your team, to stockroom organisation, operational processes, commercial planning and contributing to wider business strategy. One moment youll be supporting a customer with a premium nursery consultation, the next youll be analysing performance, improving processes or helping implement new ideas that support the growth of the business.

This role would suit someone entrepreneurial in mindset a strong people leader who loves retail, understands luxury service and enjoys balancing commercial performance with operational excellence.
