What are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease, reliable and committed for a 6–12 month role, and great at both spoken and written communication. You’ll be proactive, able to work independently, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong people skills are key for working with both volunteers and staff, along with a calm, practical approach to problem‑solving.

What will you be doing? We are seeking a dedicated Chair Assistant to work closely with our Chairperson in coordinating daily activities and ensuring smooth organisational progress. This role is central to maintaining effective communication, scheduling, and follow‑up actions, while also supporting our team of volunteers.
