Job Summary
Are you energetic, confident, and love working with kids? Baby Ballers is looking for a Head Coach to lead our fun and exciting sports programme for kids aged 16 months to 5 years old This is a great opportunity to combine your love for football and sports with your passion for helping little ones grow, learn, and have fun
Key Responsibilities
- Create Fun Sessions: Plan and run football activities that are engaging and age-appropriate for young children.
- Teach Basic Skills: Help kids learn basic football skills like dribbling, passing, and working as a team—all while having fun
- Keep It Positive: Build confidence, celebrate progress, and encourage kids to enjoy sports in a safe and supportive environment.
- Work with Parents: Help parents throughout the session to ensure the child is able to complete each activity and give them some advice.
- Ensure Safety: Make sure all activities are safe and enjoyable for every child.
- Stay Current: Learn new ways to make your sessions even better and keep things fresh for the kids.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Confidence & Energy: You need to be energetic, confident, enthusiastic and love working with kids.
- Passion for Sports: A love for football (or sports) is important, and you should be able to share that passion with the kids
- Coaching Experience: To have a good understanding of coaching and its objectives, not necessarily knowledgable around football coaching as the ages of the kids in our classes just need to have fun and get a introduction into fundamental movements and skills.
- Management: To manage all sessions with regards to content and timings. We do have session plans and training will be provided. With that being said, these sessions are complex but they do need basic structure which is easy to grasp.
- Patience & Flexibility: Be ready to adapt to different needs and keep the kids engaged, no matter their energy level.
- Great with Kids: Experience with young children (either through coaching, teaching, or other roles) is preferred.
- Fun, Outgoing Personality: You\'ll need to be fun, approachable, and able to keep kids excited and smiling
