Dishoom Glasgow is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen on a temporary basis through to the end of 2026.
You’ll master your section whether it’s breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor, ensuring prep and service readiness in a fast-paced environment.
Starting rate is £14 per hour (inclusive of tronc) with a weekly changing rota and 40 hours per week.
