What to expect

- Works in partnership with the General Manager, coaching & developing team members naturally.
- Ready to be the General Manager’s right arm, leading the restaurant when the GM is absent.
- Commercially savvy, bringing ideas to the table and eager to grow overall awareness.
- First‑class service focus; always seeks tough feedback and works with the GM to raise standards daily.
