Babraham CofE (VC) Primary School, part of the Diocese of Ely Multi‑Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking a Part‑Time Office Administrator (Maternity Leave Replacement).
Hours: 14 hours per week, 38 weeks per year – 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Thursday & Friday. Commencing: September 2026.
About the role: The role involves liaising with parents, collating information, answering phones and relaying messages, and supporting general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with parents, staff and pupils regarding school matters.
- Collate and manage information and documentation.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Provide general administrative support to the school office.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working in a school or office environment and strong computing skills.
- Excellent communication and safeguarding awareness.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious and committed to improving children’s lives through education.
- Highly organised, conscientious and able to prioritise a busy workload.
