Partnership & Performance Manager

UK Remote/working from home

£35,000 – £40,000 Per Annum

Summary of role

As a Partnership & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing providers performance, analysing data, and tracking results against KPI’s. A key part of the role involves conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and preparing monthly insight reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all training provider service contracts (apprenticeships) to include conducting managing providers against KPI’s, contract/performance reviews through regular and structured contact and application of the Continuous Improvement Quality Assurance Framework.
  • Manage a number of subcontractors that are part of our Managed Service offer to a key client ensuring that the Supply Chain Management Framework is followed and the DfE funding rules adhered to.
  • Develop processes to obtain and incorporate regular learner feedback through visits, analysis of reports, review of agreements and customer experience. Continually improve the effectiveness of communications to improve the service delivery and overall impact.
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide a detailed monthly insight report which is to be presented to the Employers Apprenticeship management team and performance summary presentations for each of the Customer Facing Unit leads.
  • Manage and lead on escalations from Training Providers and the Client, conducting weekly meetings with Customer Facing Unit leads to support and resolve any issues raised.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of managing successful relationships with training providers and employers.
  • Experience of managing suppliers at a critical level of importance.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in Apprenticeships.
  • Demonstrable experience of effective contract, commercial and service management within a complex multi-source service/supplier environment, including performance/SLA/KPI management.
  • Experience of analysing complex performance information and presenting the key findings in an impactful manner.
