About the Role
Babingtons Solicitors are looking for a motivated General Practice Solicitor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle private client matters such as wills, probate, and estate administration.
- Advise clients on family law, civil litigation.
- Conduct client interviews, draft legal documents, and manage files efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with the standards set by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or jurisdiction eligible for transfer/admission via the Law Society of Northern Ireland).
- 2+ years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse, fast-paced caseload.
- Proficiency in digital case management systems.
