English is a popular subject at Babington Academy. We are excited to be recruiting for an inspirational Teacher of English to join our very talented and thriving English department from August 2026. We are passionate about finding the right person for our school and encourage applications from both newly qualified and more experienced teachers.

Regardless of experience, the ideal candidate will be ambitious, passionate and committed and will want to help to embed our core values of respect, ambition and resilience across our school community. Our English team is a strong and very well established department with excellent facilities. We ask that all our teachers look to capture the imagination of our students and help to bring your subject to life!
