We are looking for an Administrator (Admin and Technical Support Officer) to join our Public Realm team.
Responsibilities:- Support the Operational and Parking Teams as first point of contact for queries via telephone, e-mail, or workflow software.
- Transfer or signpost customers to colleagues or external sources as appropriate.
- Raise requisitions using the finance system and progress them through to payment.
- Organise car parking permits and liaise with suppliers and other teams.
- Perform general administration duties as required.
- Flexible, organised, and able to multi-task at pace.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Generous leave entitlement (26 days a year, rising to 31 days after 5 years).
