Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are seeking a motivated and experienced Income and Tenancy Sustainment Lead to join our newly transformed Housing Management Service. To be successful, you will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities.
As Income and Tenancy Sustainment Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving forward our mission to enhance services for our council tenants. Our service is making significant strides in improving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency, and we are looking for a motivated leader to continue this momentum.
You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative strategies and initiatives that ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of respect and fairness. In this pivotal role, you will lead operational teams responsible for income collection, tenancy sustainment, and housing for older people. You will work closely with the Head of Housing Management to support the strategic direction of the housing service, ensuring that our tenants receive the highest level of care and service. You will possess a deep understanding of housing management, including income collection, tenancy sustainment, and housing for older people.
