Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Building Services and DLO (Direct Labour Organisation) Team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £30,559 – £35,235 per annum (pro rata for part time). Full time, part time and job share opportunities will be considered. About the Business Support Officer role Babergh and Mid-Suffolk District Councils are going through an exciting period of change, with a new operating model being developed for the DLO (Direct Labour Organisation) within our Housing Directorate. The DLO oversees the maintenance of housing repairs and voids with some planned work activities and is supported by several contractors. The DLO has its own trade team. Reporting to the Customer and Business Support Manager you will be responsible for providing business support to the Building Services DLO for the effective delivery of all associated works.
