You're a seasoned consultant who recognizes that HubSpot is just the tool—what truly matters is your ability to understand the business, ask the right questions, and guide clients through transformation. While HubSpot knowledge is helpful (and you'll pick it up quickly), it's your consultancy experience that we're really after. You possess the confidence and experience to walk into any room and hold your own, understanding that client needs shift and projects rarely go to plan. You're brilliant at rolling with the punches—when your initial recommendations hit roadblocks, you're already three steps ahead with alternative approaches that still get clients where they need to be.

On any given day you might:

  • Facilitate strategic workshops with C‑suite teams to uncover what's really driving their business challenges
  • Write comprehensive Solution Design Documents that connect technical delivery to business outcomes
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams through complex implementations
  • Design and deliver executive training sessions that actually drive platform adoption (not just box‑ticking)
  • Jump on calls with HubSpot's product team to advocate for your clients' needs
  • Partner with our marketing team on thought leadership content that showcases your expertise
  • Conduct deep‑dive platform audits that identify genuine opportunities for business improvement

Your consultancy background might come from:

  • Sales Leadership/Revenue Operations – You've been in the trenches with sales teams and understand how technology can make or break commercial success. You speak fluent “sales director” and can translate complex solutions into revenue impact.
  • Marketing Strategy/Operations – You think strategically about marketing ROI and customer acquisition. You're comfortable with data, love optimizing campaigns, and know how to connect marketing technology spend to business results.
  • Customer Success/Experience – You've built your career on client relationships and know that successful implementations are as much about people as they are about technology. You're brilliant at getting stakeholders onside and driving genuine adoption.
  • Technology/Systems Integration – You're the person who figures out how everything fits together. Complex technical challenges energize you, and you have a knack for building solutions that actually work in the real world.
  • Data/Analytics Strategy – You understand that data is only valuable if it drives decisions. You're comfortable with data governance, reporting strategy, and turning insights into action plans that executives will actually follow.
