- LIDER DE PROYECTO
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en áreas operativas financieras, mesas de control, auditoría o soporte de proyectos de TI financiera.
- Exposición al sector: Es deseable que haya trabajado en bancos, casas de bolsa.
- Formación Académica: Titulado o Pasante en Finanzas, Actuaría, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o Sistemas (con enfoque en procesos de negocio).
- Certificaciones (Deseables): Gestión de Proyectos: Certificación CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) del PMI o Scrum Master básico.
- Consideraciones de Perfil (Soft Skills): Resiliencia y manejo de horarios (disponibilidad de trabajar bajo esquemas de fechas de entrega inamovibles).
- Otros requisitos técnicos: Disponibilidad para pruebas (UAT) en donde pueda supervisar pruebas de sistemas fuera del horario de operación del mercado (fines de semana o noches).

- Fundamentos de Gestión de Proyectos: Ciclo de vida del proyecto (inicio, planificación, ejecución, monitoreo y cierre).
- Metodologías: Conocimientos básicos en marcos de trabajo Ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) y/o tradicionales (Waterfall/PMBOK).
- Comprensión de la relación entre alcance, tiempo y costo.
- Administración Básica: Control de presupuestos, gestión de proveedores y flujos de aprobación.
Habilidades:
- Comunicación Asertiva: Capacidad para redactar reportes claros y mediar en reuniones de estatus.
- Organización y Priorización: Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneas sin perder el enfoque en las fechas de entrega.

- Herramientas de Colaboración: Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint o Google Workspace.
- Diagramación: Conocimiento básico en herramientas como Visio, Lucidchart o Miro (para flujogramas y procesos).
Actividades:
- Seguimiento de Cronograma: Actualizar el progreso de las tareas diarias y asegurar que el equipo cumpla con los plazos establecidos.
- Documentación de Proyecto: Redactar minutas de reuniones, mantener actualizado el repositorio de archivos y controlar versiones de documentos.
