- Experiencia (+5 años) en dirección de proyectos complejos, preferiblemente en entornos multidisciplinares y sector banca.
- Capacidad para liderar varios equipos simultáneamente, apoyándote en jefes de proyecto dedicados.
- Alta interlocución con cliente: negociación de alcance, gestión de expectativas y detección de oportunidades (upselling).
