The role involves:

  • Leading and developing a team of Human Resources Business Partners, driving performance and capability.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic people plans and business transformation initiatives.
  • Delivering complex change programmes aligned to organisational goals.
  • Collaborating with Centres of Expertise and shared services to implement effective HR solutions.
  • Influencing policy, process improvements and cultural initiatives to enhance organisational performance.

This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) based at Devonport or Bristol. Hybrid working patterns are available.

Essential experience includes:

  • Significant experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a complex organisation.
  • Leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Applying expertise across employee relations, industrial relations, organisational development and change management.
  • Influencing and engaging senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.
  • Delivering strategic projects with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications required:

  • Chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Level 7) or equivalent.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
