Neve Jewels Group is a UK headquartered, digital‑first jewellery company redefining modern luxury through made‑to‑order design, ethical craftsmanship, and global e‑commerce across its brands: Diamonds Factory, Austen & Blake, and Sacet. We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract for maternity cover. Based in our elegant showroom, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences that go beyond the transaction, fostering lasting relationships built on trust, emotion, and personalised service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one‑hour lounge appointments, actively listening to client needs and guiding them through a personalised bespoke design journey.
  • Provide a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post‑sale, including thoughtful service, timely updates, and ongoing relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through a consultative approach, offering tailored recommendations and closing with confidence.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship to educate clients and support bespoke design conversations.
  • Use CRM and internal systems to process and track bespoke orders, manage enquiries, review support tickets, and escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate teams.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and polish, upholding showroom standards, presentation, and client care.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Planning and store teams to support fulfilment, contribute to visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organised showroom.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve individual and store sales goals, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented store environment.

Qualifications

  • 1‑2 years experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a strong sales track record.
  • Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling phone, video, and face‑to‑face consultations.
  • Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Highly proactive and self‑motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
  • Creative eye for styling and passion for unique, bespoke jewellery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product handling, visual merchandising, and client communications.
  • Customer‑first mindset, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional experiences.

  • Willingness to travel to support other stores within the region to contribute to business success.
  • Availability to work weekends and peak trade periods is essential.
