Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking across multiple construction activities
- Coordinate contractors and site activities, inspections, permits and work in live operational environments
- Monitor project costs, budgets, contractor payments and key documentation
- Assist with health and safety activities, including toolbox talks, RAMS reviews and CDM compliance
- Manage project reporting, risk and change registers, and support stakeholder engagement and issue resolution
Key requirements
- Experience delivering construction, infrastructure or facilities projects
- Site-based experience coordinating contractor activities
- Understanding of project management principles (planning, cost control, reporting, risk management)
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements including CDM 2015 or similar
- Background in engineering, construction or related technical discipline
