Overview
In this role you will strengthen financial governance by managing intercompany balances across the Group. You will work at the heart of Finance to standardise processes, reconcile intercompany accounts, and support informed business decisions within a complex global organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise intercompany settlements and month-end reporting, contributing to safer, more efficient finance operations. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on financial control and performance, offered with hybrid working and a path to career growth.

Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of centralised intercompany accounting processes across the Group
- Allocate and recharge shared corporate supplier costs across multiple Group entities
- Review and validate intercompany recharge requests for policy and controls compliance
- Prepare and process accurate intercompany transactions and recharges
- Manage recurring intercompany accruals and support month-end financial reporting activities
Key requirements
- Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting principles, controls and processes
- Understanding of general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and month-end accounting activities
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to financial accuracy and control
- Strong analytical, numerical and financial problem-solving skills
- AAT qualified, part-qualified accountant, fully qualified accountant, or equivalent experience in a finance function
