The role:
- As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key player in translating financial data into strategic decisions.
- Working closely with operational leaders, you will influence performance, shape business outcomes, and ensure financial goals are aligned with our mission.
- Day-to-day, you will be supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner and driving financial performance across MNCP.
- You will be empowered to lead financial reporting, maintain governance frameworks, and present insights that matter.
- Providing finance business partnering to operational teams.
- Producing and analysing monthly overhead accounts and performance metrics.
- Maintaining robust financial control and governance frameworks.
- Presenting financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting initiatives to improve financial reporting and tools.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Finance Business Partner:
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed knowledge of financial systems.
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications for the Finance Business Partner:
- AAT qualified.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified is highly desirable but not essential.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
