In this role you lead the Quality function across complex, nuclear/defense projects to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
You shape quality strategy, governance and continuous improvement, partnering with engineering, design and supply chain leaders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality function across multiple construction and defence projects
- Embed robust quality frameworks to enable safe and compliant delivery
- Champion quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement
- Provide expert leadership across major nuclear and defence programmes
- Develop high-performing teams and drive accountability and excellence
- Key requirements
- Extensive experience leading quality functions across major nuclear, defence or highly regulated construction programmes
- Proven ability to develop quality strategies, management systems, and assurance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19443, AQAP 2110 and quality reporting methodologies
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including organizational design, capability development, resource planning and budgeting
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex organisations
- Security Check (SC) clearance eligibility (must be able to obtain and maintain)
- Fellow or chartered member of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) (essential)
- Degree or Honours Degree; postgraduate qualification preferred (essential/desirable)
