Overview
In this role you plan and coordinate base maintenance for the Airbus EC135 and H145 helicopter fleet, ensuring timely, resourced work packages. You will act as a bridge between CAMO, Engineering, Logistics and Operations to maximise aircraft availability for mission-critical UK operations. You’ll convert requirements into executable plans, manage resources, and support recovery when schedules slip. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration in a safety‑critical, on-site setting.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled activities
- Convert CAMO requirements into executable work packages
- Coordinate manpower, tooling, facilities, materials and specialist resources
- Monitor maintenance progress and support recovery planning when schedules are at risk
- Coordinate embodiment of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Repairs and Modifications
- Collaborate with CAMO, Stores, Logistics, Operations and Maintenance Delivery to optimise aircraft availability
Key requirements
- Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production planning or maintenance coordination
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and engineering resource planning
- Experience preparing and controlling maintenance work packages
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using aviation maintenance management software such as RAMCO, AMOS, Rusada or equivalent
