Your Impact As a Senior or Principal Systems Engineer within the MIMAS Transition Phase Engineering Team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining the requirements that shape future Electro-Optic (EO) systems. Your work will ensure that stakeholder needs are accurately analysed and translated into high-quality system and subsystem requirements that provide a robust foundation for system design, integration, verification and validation. By establishing a structured and traceable requirements baseline, you will help ensure that engineering decisions are based on clear needs and that solutions can be delivered with confidence throughout the system lifecycle. What You'll Do Analyse and manage stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood, traceable and aligned to programme objectives.
