The roleAs an Associate Finance Business Partner, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll join a high-performing finance team supporting the delivery of complex engineering programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your finance career within a global organisation, gaining exposure to major projects while providing valuable financial insight that supports business performance and decision-making.

Day-to-day you'll be required to: Supporting budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting activities to deliver accurate financial informationDeveloping and maintaining financial models, reports and analysis to support business decision-makingProviding financial performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholdersSupporting governance, audit and financial control requirements across programmes and functionsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and financial performanceThis role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Associate Finance Business Partner Experience applying financial analysis and reporting skills within a business environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detailAbility to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholdersExperience using Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting toolsAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a teamQualifications for the Associate Finance Business Partner Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent, or working towards a recognised professional accounting qualificationDegree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline – desirableExperience within a project, engineering, manufacturing or defence environment – desirableSecurity ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
