Overview
As Finance Business Partnering Manager, you will lead financial planning, governance and performance across complex naval contracts within the Nuclear Finance Planning and Analysis team. You will influence strategic decisions by delivering robust financial insight to senior leaders and cost owners, ensuring strong controls and reporting quality. You will develop and coach a dispersed team of finance professionals, driving efficiency and change across long-term programmes. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on leadership at a key UK defence site, offering meaningful contribution to national security initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead financial management, forecasting and reporting for the Naval Nuclear Corporate Services contract
- Drive governance, compliance and control across business activities
- Oversee group recharges and related reporting processes
- Coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of cost accountants
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement action plans
- Support strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights for MoD contracts
