Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining benefits management and realisation frameworks
- Tracking, measuring and reporting programme benefits, outcomes and value delivery
- Facilitating benefits workshops, reviews and stakeholder engagement activities
- Supporting governance, assurance and investment decision-making processes
- Identifying risks to benefit delivery and recommending actions to maximise programme value
Key requirements
- Experience managing benefits realisation within complex programmes or projects
- Strong understanding of business case development, value management and benefits frameworks
- Experience developing and maintaining benefits management and realisation plans
- Strong analytical skills including data analysis, forecasting, modelling and performance reporting
- Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
