Job Title: Programme Information Management Lead Location: Warrington + Hybrid Working Arrangement Compensation: Competitive Salary + Benefits Role Type: Full time / Permanent Role ID: SF59969 At Cavendish Nuclear we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Programme Information Management Lead, at our Warrington site. The Role As a Programme Information Management Lead you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Where you’ll be managing the Document Control Team, directly supporting the delivery of a number of significant work streams; both internally and externally within the supply chain. Day-to-day, you’ll be leading a team and will be setting and implementing the Information Management strategy to underpin the overall successful delivery of the program. Main responsibilities Act as the Information Management ‘subject matter adviser’ providing ongoing support and guidance across the programme. Define and implement programme Information Management arrangements to ensure the protection and control of information, ensuring it is available, accurate, complete and secure. ‘Day to day’ management of the programme Document Control team. Liaise with other functions to ensure the effective integration of Information Management across the programme e.g. engineering. Lead the timely investigation and resolution of Information Management events and issues. This role is full time , 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home. Experience required of the Programme Information Management Lead Have a proven track record preferably gained within a similar Information Management role including the management of a Document Control team. Experience of using and managing an EDM System. Knowledge of Information Management standards e.g. ISO 15489, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 23081.
