If you join us, you can play your part as a Sports Facilities Coordinator at RAF Halton, near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
The role involves delivering first-class support for Royal Air Force sporting events. This is a hands-on role where you will make a real difference by ensuring facilities are safe, well maintained, and ready for use. Your work will help keep RAF personnel active and engaged, while giving you the chance to develop your organisational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day you will be required to:
- Implement first aid, fire safety, and health and safety regulations
- Maintain key authorisation registers and report faults
- Manage diaries for RAF sports associations and facility bookings
- Provide health and safety briefs to activity sponsors
- Liaise with teams to prepare pitches, gyms, and event spaces
The role is based onsite at RAF Halton, with working times of Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–16:00, totalling 39 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
