At Cavendish Nuclear, we are working to create a safe and secure world. If you join us, you can play your part as a PeopleCentre Administrator at our Warrington, Cheshire site.
The role involves:
- Supporting payroll submissions accurately and on time
- Responding to employee queries and signposting to the appropriate specialist teams
- Managing enquiries related to benefits, salary sacrifice, maternity, paternity, and sickness
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved promptly and professionally
- Handling a high-volume workload while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach
This position is a 37-hour-per-week role, based at our Warrington site. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Essential experience:
- Previous HR administrative experience with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service within a customer-facing role
- Clear and professional communication with stakeholders
- Effective teamwork in a busy environment
