The role: As Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how technology enables our business to deliver critical defence, aerospace and engineering programmes. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you’ll influence enterprise-wide decisions, align technology with business objectives, and ensure our digital landscape evolves to meet future challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise architecture discussions and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain technology strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Establish architectural principles, standards and governance across all domains.
  • Create and present enterprise architecture models and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise platforms through consolidation, reuse and innovation.

Essential Experience:

  • Strong experience in enterprise or solution architecture and architecture modelling tools.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Interpret complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Align technology architecture with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Experience with modern technologies such as microservices, APIs, data platforms and cybersecurity principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as TOGAF, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent (preferred).

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
