Babcock is seeking a Defence Trainer to deliver specialist instruction on armoured vehicles at Bovington, near Wareham, Dorset.

The role is full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, with a one-hour lunch break, and involves working within a close-knit team of trainers to develop operational readiness.

You will assess student performance, maintain records, and liaise with military stakeholders to continuously improve training programmes and ensure high standards are met.
