Babcock — a global engineering and security company — is seeking a Training and Competency Manager at our Walsall site to build and lead a newly created function that develops workforce capability across our vehicle engineering business.
You will design and deliver a long‑term competency and qualifications strategy, identify skills gaps with senior stakeholders, and create a sustainable pipeline to support future growth.
Onsite, 37.5 hours/week, with an early finish each Friday.
