The role
As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Your contribution will help ensure smooth operations across restricted areas and high-profile projects, giving you the chance to develop your skills and grow your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Day-to-day, you’ll provide essential support to senior managers and project teams working on some of the UK’s most important defence programmes. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same—from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to supporting events and maintaining project documentation.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to multiple teams
- Managing diaries, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings
- Organising away days, conferences, and events onsite and offsite
- Maintaining SharePoint sites and ensuring consistency across projects
- Preparing reports, collating data, and producing presentation packs
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based onsite four days a week in Devonport Royal Dockyard. Site Hours 7.30 – 15.30 Monday to Thursday and 7.30 – 12.30 Friday with some flexibility.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
