We support frontline aviation operations, providing logistics, warehouse, and administrative support for the T2 Hawk programme at RAF Valley.

The role: Provide hands‑on logistics, warehouse, and administrative support across the supply function. Maintain accurate stock control and support accurate issuance and receipt of parts. Support internal customers and external suppliers.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

  • Issue serviceable and unserviceable items to internal customers and external vendors to meet operational demand.
  • Receive serviceable and unserviceable items into stock, including first‑time receipts and repaired items.
  • Control and move restricted items in line with UK and US legislation.
  • Use stock management systems (IMS) and Microsoft applications to place demands and record transactions.
  • Support stocktaking, tool control, and accurate filing of all supply documentation.

Full‑time, onsite role, working 36 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:15, Friday 08:00–16:00). Medical examination is required as a condition of employment.

Essential experience:

  • Experience working in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
  • Understanding of stock control, receipts, issues, and inventory management.
  • Accurate handling of systems, documentation, and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in Maths and English.
  • Full, current UK driving licence.

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance.
