As an HR Business Partner Transformation Projects, you will drive meaningful change at scale, partnering with senior leaders to influence direction and deliver people‑led transformation that supports national defence and security.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering HR transformation and change projects aligned to business strategy
  • Partnering with senior leaders and managers to build organisational capability and readiness for change
  • Designing and implementing people frameworks, including career pathways, reward, and organisational design
  • Managing project plans, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Using insight, data, and clear communication to influence decisions and support successful change adoption

This role is full time, 36 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:15 – 16:45, and is based at HMNB Clyde Faslane. Regular on‑site presence is required, with hybrid working arrangements available where business needs allow.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner with senior leaders
  • Strong track record delivering organisational change or transformation projects
  • Experience managing complex HR initiatives aligned to strategic objectives
  • Solid background in employee relations, including trade union engagement
  • Ability to analyse data and provide meaningful insight to inform decisions

Qualifications:

  • Strong professional knowledge of contemporary HR practice
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including Microsoft Office applications

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
