The role is essential to enhance our digital adoption across the business unit, drive operational excellence, and ensure our digital innovation is aligned to our strategic ambition.
In your day-to-day role, you will be pivotal in advancing technology within the Training Business Unit. This position requires a blend of strategic leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and technical oversight to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in our contractual outputs, while identifying technological requirements for opportunities and growth.
- Develop and maintain a systems and data strategy focused on digital capability development aligned with the Training BU strategy.
- Lead teams to develop various digital capabilities, including in-house tools, partner products, and integration solutions to meet customer needs and support growth opportunities.
- Work with strategy and commercial colleagues to drive IP development, productisation, and licensing for competitive advantage.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to support the development and deployment of digital capabilities, including marketing and customer engagements.
- Drive the delivery of cutting-edge systems and digital projects, ensuring top-notch functionality of existing solutions.
- Champion data quality improvements and manage risks with precision, all while pushing the boundaries of innovation to meet the dynamic needs of our business.
Please note that this position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home. This role requires regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a weekly/monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.

- Degree qualified or suitable technical qualification
- Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
