Lead the delivery of cutting‑edge engineering projects with your team, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑standard outcomes across our manufacturing and installation portfolio.
The role:
- Manage a skilled team of Installation Technicians across multiple UK sites, providing structured guidance and ensuring all personnel have the required training and qualifications.
- Plan and oversee operations, proactively solving problems and stepping in to support hands‑on tasks when necessary.
- Balance management responsibilities with direct involvement in build and installation activities.
This role is full‑time, 37 hours per week and based on site at Ashchurch.
Essential experience:
- Reading and understanding electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Leading a team by setting a good example and ensuring processes are followed.
- Creating and implementing processes and driving continual improvement activities.
- Good understanding of project management systems and processes, and adequate knowledge of and compliance with the Health and Safety policy and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC/HND in engineering, or demonstrable experience in relevant roles.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification would be advantageous.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. Eligibility may be affected by nationality, citizenship, or residency. Further information is available at the UK Government portal.
