The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 € per year.

Location: Glasgow, GB, G2 1BT. Hybrid working arrangement available. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining resource tracking systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting diary coordination and administrative needs for leadership teams
  • Assisting with onboarding new project team members to ensure a smooth start
  • Providing administrative support to commercial and project activities
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to help keep project processes running efficiently

Essential Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with teams and stakeholders in a professional environment

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or similar)
