The role
As a Facilities Management Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide essential administrative support as part of the Babcock Facilities Management team at RNAS Culdrose, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of site services.
Responsibilities
- Liaise effectively with facilities stakeholders, customers, sub-contractors, and visitors; review Risk Assessments when trained and required
- Manage correspondence distribution and perform routine administrative and clerical duties
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage internal and external communications
- Oversee stock control with the site delivery team, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment of supplies.
This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at RNAS Culdrose, Cornwall.

- Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
